Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) จัดกิจกรรม Focus Group Discussion ณ หมู่บ้าน Tanah Merah ประเทศอินโดนีเซีย เพื่อพัฒนาระบบเกษตร “organic mina padi farming” ที่ผสานการปลูกข้าวและเลี้ยงปลาในพื้นที่เดียวกัน
ในการนี้ รศ.ดร.อุลิสาณ์ พาชีครีพาพล หัวหน้าภาควิชาวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหารและโภชนาการ คณะเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์การเกษตร เข้าร่วมเป็นวิทยากรผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์อาหาร เทคโนโลยีหลังการเก็บเกี่ยว และมาตรฐานคุณภาพ เพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าและความปลอดภัยของผลิตภัณฑ์
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวมีส่วนช่วยส่งเสริมเกษตรยั่งยืน เพิ่มรายได้เกษตรกร พัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชุมชนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม และสะท้อนความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยในระดับนานาชาติ

Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) organized a Focus Group Discussion in Tanah Merah Village, Indonesia, to promote the organic mina padi farming system, integrating rice cultivation and fish farming
Associate Professor Dr. Ulisa Pachekrepapol, Head of the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, Faculty of Agricultural Product Innovation and Technology, participated as an online speaker, sharing expertise in food science, post-harvest technology, and quality standards to enhance product value and safety
The activity contributes to sustainable agriculture, improved farmer income, strengthened local economies, and reflects international academic collaboration between universities.
